Why I Started Struggle Spreaks

Some of the hardest days of my life came during my transition into adulthood. I was struggling, carrying pain, and trying to figure out who I was and where I belonged. For a long time, I kept a lot of those challenges to myself.

What changed my life wasn't having everything figured out. It was learning to open up, share what I was going through, and find healthy ways to express myself. Through conversations, community, and choosing to pursue happiness instead of suffering in silence, I began to grow into the person I wanted to become.

As I looked around, I realized I wasn't alone. So many people are carrying struggles every day and simply need someone willing to listen without judgment.That's why I created Struggle Speaks.

Struggle Speaks exists to meet people where they are, provide a space where every voice matters, and help individuals recognize that their stories and experiences can become a source of strength and impact.
